A Taste of l'Artisan

Our à la carte menu celebrates the flavours of Northern Vietnam, drawing on ingredients from Ninh Binh and the surrounding regions, from crispy rice crackers and young green rice to Dong Giao pineapple and Hoang Long sweet potatoes.

Familiar dishes such as phở, bún chả and chả cá are prepared with care, alongside creations that meet Western techniques halfway, with pandan risotto, slow-braised short ribs and passion fruit crème brûlée. A dedicated selection of vegetarian dishes ensures there is something for every guest at the table.
